It serves dinner each night from 6.00pm-8.300pm and is open every day from Easter to November. Alternatively, Castles Restaurant is open each evening from 6.00pm- 8.30pm, offering a three-course, self service buffet of traditional English food along with a choice of more contemporary dishes.

The hotel's Conservatory Bar offers a wide range of beverages in a relaxed and comfortable setting and is open from 12pm-late, while Copper Face Jack's Bar allows guests to enjoy an evening with friends in a relaxed atmosphere and watch sporting events on large screen TVs. The latter bar is only open to adults and opening times vary in different seasons.
